Overview
The PTA/Booster Club Program is a way for school children to raise funds for their school, get a discount on entry and rides at Conejo Valley Days, and bring awareness about this fun-filled festival.
All elementary and middle school children, and kids from two booster clubs per high school are eligible to sell pre-sale entry/ride tickets to the 2008 Conejo Valley Days. Each participating PTA or Booster Club will receive a specific number of entry/ride tickets to be presold prior to Conejo Valley Days. A percentage of the ticket sales will go to the PTA/Booster Club. Unsold tickets are returned to the Conejo Valley Days Executive Board. The tickets are the responsibility of the PTA/Booster Club until they are returned to Conejo Valley Days. Unlike last year, sales will be available to parents of children, as well.
PTA/Booster Club ticket purchasers will show their ticket at the gate for entry. Once inside Conejo Valley Days they can use the pass to get an unlimited ride wristband or ride tickets at one of the ride ticket booths.
Fundraiser Ticket Cost (includes admission)
OPTION 1: $28 (includes admission and ride wristband for Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
OPTION 2: $28 (includes admission and a sheet of 36 tickets to be used any of the five days) One sheet of 36 tickets represents a 40% discount off the regular price of a sheet.
NOTE: It is up to the ticket purchaser to decide which option to select. The ticket sold by the PTA/Booster Club is good for either option. Individual adult admission tickets will also be sold to preclude the parents of those children purchasing one of the above options from standing in line at the festival gate.
Money to PTAs/Booster Clubs
- First 200 wristband tickets sold: PTA/Booster Club earns $3 per ticket
- Next 200 to 500 sold: PTA/Booster Club earns $4 per ticket
- Over 500 sold: PTA/Booster Club earns $5 per ticket
