The Conejo Valley is known for its many fine service clubs and organizations, and the dedication and volunteerism of the men, women and young people who make our community richer in services and help those in need. If you totaled the volunteers hours of all these people, it would number in the tens of thousands. Each year during Conejo Valley Days, these groups come together as one group at the Interservice Luncheon to celebrate the spirit of giving and caring. The community and local groups are invited to nominate their favorite charity, club or organization for one of the five annual awards handed out at this event. The recipients of the yearly awards then have the honor of hosting the following year's luncheon and serving on the nominating committee.
Approximately 400 people gather to salute the volunteer spirit and recognize the Outstanding Service Club - large and small (2 awards), Volunteer Organization large and small (2 awards), and Outstanding Youth Group (1 award).
The 2007 Conejo Valley Days Interservice Club Luncheon winners were:
| Large Service Club (50+) | Rotary Club of Westlake Village Sunrise |
| Small Service Club (<49) | Rotary Club of Conejo Valley |
| Large Volunteer Organization (50+) | Senior Concerns |
